It was the habit of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to stay at mosque after Fajr prayer "husnan", namely quarter an hour, remembering Allah until sunrise as authentically narrated in Sahih Muslim on the authority of Jabir ibn Samurah.
At-Tirmidhi related on the authority of Anas said that Prophet Muhammad said: (who prays fajr in congregation and sits remembering Allah until sunrise, and then prays two Raka`h, it would be for him as the reward of pilgrimage and lesser pilgrimage), AL-Albani ranked it Hasan.
Muslims spend much, time, and effort to perform haj and umrah, though this is a chance for them to achieve the same reward without spending these things, yet they are neglectful.
For those who find it difficult, let them try it once or twice a week, by repeating it, they will be persistent to it.
